I live to change the world–One person, one event, one opportunity at a time
Meet Will
Life is infinitely stranger than anything the mind of man could invent.” Those words from Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, spoken through Sherlock Holmes, have always resonated deeply with me. They reflect my own journey—one marked by unexpected turns, surprising outcomes, and moments that have shaped who I am today. Looking back, I’m often struck by how life unfolds in ways we could never plan, yet somehow leads us exactly where we need to be.
I’ve seen firsthand how God can take our greatest struggles and transform them into stepping stones. The challenges I’ve walked through have not only shaped me, but awakened a deep passion for helping others navigate their own. Each conversation, each stage, and each opportunity feels like a chance to bring hope, clarity, and encouragement into someone else’s story. I’m driven by the belief that we are all created with purpose—and that sometimes, all it takes is one meaningful moment to help someone discover and step into theirs. Life may be strange, but it’s also deeply beautiful in the way it connects us all.
The Family
This is my everything. When I look at this picture, I’m reminded of so much I once never imagined having—a family, a marriage of over 17 years, and three incredible boys. Our life together is built on love, connection, purpose, and the shared hope of what we’re still becoming. It hasn’t always been easy, and our story is far from finished. We’re still chasing dreams and savoring the moments along the way. Through it all, my family remains my greatest blessing, my deepest responsibility, and the driving force behind everything I do.
I’m driven by a simple but deeply meaningful mission: to create positive change in the world—one person, one event, and one opportunity at a time. While the vision is ambitious, it’s rooted in a belief I live by: every action creates a ripple. Like a stone cast into water, what we say and do in a moment can extend far beyond what we see.
Every individual I serve is connected to a wider story—family, workplace, community, and beyond. That’s why I approach each person, event, and opportunity with intention and care. The impact may not always be immediate or visible, but it matters. A single moment of clarity, encouragement, or connection can influence a future, strengthen a family, or inspire a decision that changes the trajectory of a life—or even a generation.
